Delivery
Orders placed on business days before 9.00 a.m. will be shipped on the same business day. Our carriers will do their utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. You can follow this through the Track & Trace system.
For every order below the €50,-, with a delivery address in The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, €4,95 shipping costs are charged.
If your order is above €50,-, no shipping costs are charged.
In addition to the above mentionned coutries we also ship to the following countries, other shipping costs are charged:
- For every order below €75,-, with a delivery address in Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg, and the United Kingdom, €9,95 shipping costs are charged.
- For every with a delivery address in Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain, €14,95 shipping costs are charged.
If you want to change your shipping address, please notify our Sales Support department by e-mail, so that we can account for the change in our records.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace of your order.
In the event of your order being incomplete, we kindly ask you to send our Sales Support department an e-mail with an overview of the missing products.
If you suspect that your delivery has already been opened or has been seriously damaged during transport, kindly send us photos of this by e-mail.
