Questions regarding orders
Once you have successfully logged into your account on our B2B portal you can place orders.
Once your order has been processed, whether partially or in full, you will receive an invoice from us for the products shipped to you. If you have any questions about the payment term or your payment arrangements, please contact our Sales Support department.
Little Dutch only applies a minimum order value for the first order greater than €400. Shipping costs will be charged for orders with an order value of less than €150.
As a customer, you can order products from our regular collections at any time. If products from these collections are not in stock, you can place a back order. As soon as these products are in stock again, we will ship them to you as soon as possible whenever you have a backorder value of greater than €100. In your account, under 'Backorders', you can see which products have been placed on backorder.
In 'Orders' you can find an overview of the orders that have been placed through this portal. Clicking 'Details' when placing an order will enable you to view the entire order.
If a product is temporarily sold out but due to be restocked, Little Dutch offers you the option of pre-ordering it. This is indicated at product level for the relevant products. However, these back order products will only be delivered to you once they are in stock and are subject to a minimum total back order value of €100,-.
If you want to change your billing address, please notify our Sales Support department by e-mail, so that we can account for the change in our records.
For Dutch customers, 21% VAT will be applied to the invoice. For customers outside the Netherlands, no VAT will be applied.
Little Dutch's B2B portal has a real-time connection with the warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Sales Support department by telephone as soon as possible. If your order has already been handled by our warehouse, we will be obliged to charge 10% of the order value as processing costs. We are unfortunately unable to cancel your order once it has already been dispatched.
